All About Salmon restaurant, located in Santa Claus Village, is restaurant full of different tastes from Lapland. Cooking the salmon on the open fire has long roots and traditions in Lapland. Our restaurant has been operating since 2023 next to Santa Claus Post Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Visiting in All About Salmon restaurant is not just filling your belly. It is an experience that you can feel with your sense of taste, your sense of smell, and by watching the salmon being cooked on the fire in the middle of the hut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The secret of the menu is to select Lappish\u00a0ingredients\u00a0and some handpicked wild herbs to create unique pallet of different tastes. Every food and drink on the menu have roots and history in the food culture of Lapland. All of them have been carefully selected and recipes created to our restaurant. Some of them you can’t find anywhere else.
Reservations are available for groups of 10 or more.
